Return Policies

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 31 days from the shipment date.

  • Exchanges are accepted within 31 days from the shipment date.

Condition of Returned Items

  • All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition.

  • Original documentation, certificates, and accompanying materials must be included.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or are not in their original condition.

Documentation Requirements

  • Missing certificates (where applicable) may incur a replacement fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Modifications

  • Items modified, engraved, resized, or altered by a third party are not eligible for return or exchange.

Signs of Wear

  • Products showing signs of wear, use, damage, or tampering will not be accepted.

Unauthorized Returns

  • Packages returned without prior authorization or refused upon delivery are not eligible for refunds.

Non-Refundable Costs

  • Original shipping charges, handling fees, taxes, duties, and additional service costs are generally non-refundable unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Restocking Fees

  • A restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by the return policy.

Exclusions

The following may not qualify under the standard return policy:

Return Photos

Custom Engraving

Customized Products

  • Made-to-order, customized, personalized, or special-order products may be subject to workmanship fees or may be ineligible for return.

  • Custom ring sizes and personalized specifications may not qualify for refunds.

Final Sale Items

  • Products marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

  • Made-to-order products typically enter production shortly after payment is received.

  • Cancellation requests submitted after production has begun may incur material, labor, and processing fees.

Customized Orders

  • Customized, engraved, personalized, or specially sized products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has commenced.

How to Return an Order

Step 1: Obtain Return Authorization

Contact Customer Support to receive:

  • Return authorization approval

  • Return instructions

  • The appropriate return address

Important

Once return authorization and the return address are provided, products must be shipped back within the specified return timeframe. Returns sent after this period may become ineligible for exchange or refund.

Step 2: Prepare Your Return

Please include:

  • Original product packaging

  • All accompanying materials

  • Complimentary gifts (if applicable)

  • Packing slip or order confirmation

  • Product certificates and documentation

Packaging Instructions

  • Place the item in its original packaging whenever possible.

  • Write the Order Number clearly on the outside of the package.

  • Avoid using words such as "Jewelry," "Diamonds," or other high-value descriptions on the package for security purposes.

  • Ensure the Order Number is clearly visible. Returns without identifiable order information may experience delays or be rejected.

  • Retain proof of shipment and tracking information.

  • Share tracking details with Customer Support if requested.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are generally responsible for return shipping expenses unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The company is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit.

Refund Process

Receipt and Inspection

Once the returned item is received, it will undergo inspection by the Quality Assurance team.

The inspection process may take several business days depending on product type and order volume.

After inspection:

  • Approved returns will receive a refund according to the return policy.

  • Approved exchanges will be processed accordingly.

  • Returns that do not meet policy requirements may be declined and returned to the customer.

Refund Method
