What is Neor Luxe?

Neor Luxe is a fine jewelry house built around moissanite. Every piece is set by hand in premium precious metals, and every eligible center stone is GRA certified. The intention is straightforward: the presence and brilliance of high jewelry, made honestly and priced within reach.

What is moissanite?

Moissanite is silicon carbide — a gemstone in its own right, first found in a meteorite crater and now grown in laboratories. It refracts light more intensely than diamond, which is why it throws noticeably more fire, and at 9.25 on the Mohs scale it is hard enough to wear every day for a lifetime.

Is moissanite a diamond?

No, and we will never tell you otherwise. Moissanite is a distinct gemstone with its own chemistry and its own optical character. It looks extraordinarily like a diamond to the eye, but it is not one, and a jeweler with the right equipment can tell the difference.

Will it pass a diamond tester?

Standard thermal testers usually read moissanite as diamond, because the two conduct heat similarly. A multi-tester that also measures electrical conductivity will distinguish them. We say this plainly because you should know exactly what you are wearing.

Is your moissanite ethically sourced?

Yes. Every stone is lab-grown, which means it is entirely conflict-free and traceable, with none of the mining impact associated with earth-mined stones.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

What does the GRA certificate prove?

It records your stone's identity as moissanite along with its measurements, cut, color and clarity grades, and carries a unique reference number. It is your independent record of exactly what you own, and it matters if you ever insure, value or resell the piece.

Does every piece come with a certificate?

Every eligible center stone does, and your order also includes precious metal certification. Very small accent and pavé stones are not individually certified — that is standard across the industry.

I have lost my certificate. Can you replace it?

Write to us with your order number and we will do our best to reissue it. A replacement fee may apply. Keep the original safe — it is required if you return a piece, and a missing certificate can affect your refund.

Can I see photos or video before I buy?

Yes, gladly. Write to us with the piece you are considering and we will send additional images or video where the item is in stock. For a purchase of this kind, we would rather you saw it properly first.

Do you match stones across earrings and multi-stone designs?

Yes. For earrings, tennis pieces, eternity bands and any multi-stone setting, stones are selected for consistent color, clarity, cut and brilliance so the piece reads as one.

What metals do you work in?

925 sterling silver, 10K, 14K and 18K solid gold, and platinum, in yellow, white or rose finishes. We also offer 18K gold plating at 0.5 microns over a sterling silver base — considerably thicker than standard plating, and built to hold its color through daily wear.

How do I find my ring size?

Our size guide walks you through measuring at home. If you are buying a surprise, borrow a ring she already wears on that finger and measure the inside diameter, or write to us and we will talk you through it.

My size is not listed. Can you make it?

Yes — any size, including half and quarter sizes. Note that a non-standard size is treated as made-to-order, which means it is not eligible for return or exchange, so please be confident of the measurement before ordering.

Can a ring be resized later?

Many can, though it depends on the setting — full eternity bands and heavily pavé-set shanks often cannot be altered without compromising the stones. Ask us about your specific piece before you order if sizing is uncertain.

Will resizing elsewhere affect my warranty or returns?

Yes. A piece altered, resized or repaired by another jeweler is no longer eligible for return or exchange, and warranty cover on the affected work is void. Come to us first and we will advise.

Do you make custom jewelry?

Yes, and it is some of our favorite work. Bring a sketch, a photograph, an heirloom you want reinterpreted, or simply a description. You can specify stone shape and size, setting style, metal, finish and engraving. Start at our custom design page.

How long does a custom piece take?

Typically two to three weeks in production, plus shipping. Intricate settings and unusual stone cuts take longer, and we will give you a realiztic date before you commit rather than an optimistic one.

Can I modify a design from your collection?

Yes. Any existing design can be adapted — a different stone shape or size, another metal, an altered band width, added engraving. Tell us what you want changed and we will price it.

Do you engrave?

We do. Please note that engraved pieces are personalized and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged, so check your spelling and dates carefully before confirming.

Can I cancel a custom order?

Only before production begins. Once a craftsman has started, the materials and labor already committed may be retained. Write to us as early as you can and we will tell you honestly where your piece stands.

Will my moissanite scratch, cloud or lose its sparkle?

No. Moissanite does not cloud, yellow or lose brilliance with age — its optical properties are permanent. What dulls a stone is a film of soap, lotion and skin oils on the surface, which is why a piece that looks tired almost always just needs cleaning.

How should I clean it?

Warm water, a drop of mild washing-up liquid and a soft toothbrush, worked gently behind the stone where the film collects. Rinse and pat dry with a soft cloth. Do this every few weeks and it will look newly bought.

What should I avoid?

Take pieces off before swimming, using bleach or harsh cleaning products, applying perfume or fake tan, and before the gym or manual work. Chlorine and household chemicals attack the metal, not the stone, and knocks are what loosen settings.

Will gold plating wear off?

Our plating is 0.5 microns of 18K gold — far thicker than typical costume plating, and durable in normal daily wear. Like all plating it is not permanent, and heavy wear against hard surfaces will eventually show. For a lifetime piece, solid gold or platinum is the sounder choice.

How should I store my jewelry?

Separately, in the pouch or box it arrived in. Pieces stored loose together scratch one another, and sterling silver tarnishes faster in open air and humidity.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

Every Neor Luxe moissanite is warranted for life against loss of brilliance, fire or clarity. If your stone ever dulls in a way cleaning cannot resolve, we will replace it.

Are manufacturing faults covered?

Yes, separately from the stone warranty. A setting that fails, a claw that gives way or a clasp that breaks through no fault of yours is our responsibility — send us photographs and we will assess, repair or replace it.

What is not covered?

Accidental damage, loss, theft, ordinary wear such as surface scratching or plating wear, and any damage arising from work carried out by another jeweler. We will always quote for a repair in those cases, but they fall outside the warranty.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Write to support@neorluxe.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will tell you what we can do before you send anything back.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing. We ship free to every country we serve, on every order, with no minimum spend. Express delivery is available at checkout for a fee if you need a piece sooner.

How long will it take?

Most orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days, and standard delivery runs 8 to 12 business days from dispatch. Allow two to three weeks in total, and add production time for made-to-order pieces.

Is my package tracked, and will someone need to sign?

Yes to both. Every package ships tracked and requires a signature on delivery, so please use an address where someone can receive it. Track yours at neorluxe.com/apps/track123.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Nothing on the outside of the package indicates jewelry. Inside, your piece arrives in its Neor Luxe box with its certificates.

Will I pay customs or import duties?

It depends on your country. For some destinations duties are calculated and prepaid at checkout; for others your carrier will bill you before releasing the package. Checkout tells you which applies once you enter your address.

I need it by a specific date. Can you help?

Write to us before ordering with the date. We will tell you honestly whether standard service will make it, whether express is needed, and whether anything about the piece puts the date at risk.

What is your return policy?

Two dates apply, both from delivery. Contact us within 7 days to open a return or exchange, and the piece must reach us within 30 days. Return shipping is free and there is no restocking fee.

Does my refund depend on the condition of the piece?

Yes. Every return is inspected against its certificate. A piece that passes is refunded in full with nothing deducted. A piece showing wear, alteration or damage, or missing its certificate, is declined and returned to you at our cost. We do not issue partial refunds.

Can I return a custom or engraved piece?

No. Custom, made-to-order, bespoke-sized and engraved pieces are final sale, because they were made for you alone. The exception is if a piece arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered — then we put it right regardless.

How long does a refund take?

Inspection takes 2 to 3 business days from arrival. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, and most banks post the funds within a further 3 to 10 days.

My piece arrived damaged. What now?

Photograph it and the packaging before unpacking further, and email us the same day. We will replace it or refund you in full including every shipping cost, and no exclusion in our policy will be applied.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club, plus PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and ACH direct debit. All available methods appear at checkout once you enter your country.

Can I pay in installments?

Installment options appear at checkout where they are available in your country and for your order value — the terms and any interest are shown before you confirm. For a larger commission or a bespoke piece, write to us and we will discuss a payment plan directly.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payment is processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card details.

Which currency am I charged in?

Prices display in USD by default. Your bank may convert at its own rate and add a foreign transaction fee — that charge comes from them, not from us.

Do you take deposits on custom work?

For most bespoke commissions we take payment in full before production begins. For higher-value or complex pieces, write to us and we will agree a structure that works.
