About an Existing Order
Your order number and the email address you ordered with. If something arrived damaged or is not as expected, attach photographs of the piece and the packaging โ taken before you unpack any further. That single step usually saves several days.
About a Piece You Are Considering
The piece and metal you have in mind, your ring size if you know it, and any date you need it by. We will tell you honestly whether it is achievable rather than optimistically. Ask for extra photographs or video and we will send them where the item is in stock.
